1. The service
Navo provides a property transaction management tool to help you stay on top of tasks, store documents, and understand your progress. We are not a solicitor, estate agent, mortgage broker, or financial adviser. Nothing in the app constitutes legal or financial advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your data
You own your data. We store it securely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Navo for unlawful purposes or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
5. Liability
We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app, or for any loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7. Fair use of storage
Document upload is provided to support your active property transaction only. You may not use Navo as a general-purpose document store. We reserve the right to remove files unrelated to a transaction or to restrict upload access for accounts misusing the service.
